The Events Executive implements all Sales activities in his / her area of responsibility, under the general guidance and supervision of the Banquet Sales Manager, in coordination with the Director of Banquet Sales. What will I be doing? As the Events Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Receive and understand hotel product knowledge and related activities. Implement all sales action plans related to your market area as outlined in the marketing plan. Establish and maintain files on major active accounts within your market area. Promote and produce sales leads for other Hilton hotels. Provide feedback to the Director of Banquet Sales and Catering / Banquet Sales Manager on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in your market area. Arrange site inspections of the hotel. Disseminate Banquet Sales related information to other departments as appropriate. Attend all post-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Meeting Services department and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position. Establish and maintain effective employee relations. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees. Maintain professional business confidentiality. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Position Summary PATH seeks four Community Coordinators to support the implementation of the Hemoglobinopathies project in the district of Jabalpur, Umaria, Ujjain and Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. These positions will support community mobilization, facilitate awareness and counselling efforts, and strengthen linkages between community members and public health systems for the prevention, early detection, and management of Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassemia. This role will contribute to enhancing screening coverage, promoting treatment adherence, and ensuring effective referral and follow-up mechanisms. This is a full-time, contractual position for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Capacity building of community health workers on SCD and Thalassemia awareness, Counselling and screening. Assist in the rollout of community-based screening activities, including planning and mobilizing eligible populations for participation. Organize and facilitate awareness generation sessions, including school health campaigns, premarital counselling, and outreach programs in tribal and high-risk areas in collaboration with JAS/VHSNC/SHGs. Provide counselling and education to identified individuals and families affected by SCD/Thalassemia on disease management, prevention of complications, and healthy lifestyle practices. Support in the distribution and appropriate use of IEC/BCC materials in local language and cultural context. Identify and assist in the formation and facilitation of Patient Support Groups (PSGs) at community and facility levels.
